I have always wanted to paint a dress and ive actually seen a couple dresses that are painted.. of course they are a little fancier than this... so my mom let me take her old wedding dress which i shortened and accidentally cut on an angle but i think it adds a neat effect. i took black paint and painted the hem, and added a few hand prints. and then i took 3m of ribbon and made a sash which i wrapped around myself three times before tying in a bow. im wearing a tank top underneath cause the dress is a little low.. i havent worn it anywhere yet but i hope too soon.
