Step 1
Peel and cut the cucumber.
Wash the spinach and parsley to remove soil and sand.
Put all the ingredients in the blender, no lemon seeds of course. Blend it until it looks good. If you want it to be more liquid, add more apple juice. Serve cold, stay healthy :)
