Oh, high waisted skirt is so in!!
I'm Forever 21 lover,i adore their uber chic and trendy lines, and i want them all (oh how i wish), but sometimes I think it's not worth to spend hundred of bucks for gorgeous simple skirt that you are not going to wear forever. I scored this karin steven dress from flea market.i fell in love with the floral prints (so me), and the waist detail.
So, what I did is actually a very simple refashioning. I cut the upper part and shortened the hem. Then, I sew the sides to fit my petite size and add centered side zipper.Tadaa, the end result, i loves it a lottt, yay!!
