For those times when you just need one!
I made this to match my Victorian Skirt so that I could have a full outfit. I also made a matching hat. I used the same curtain that I used to make the skirt and followed a simple bodice pattern. I made the hat my using plastic needle work backing as a base, and I covered it with feathers and my curtain material.
