client broke her neck and now is always in pain had wrap around packs but were very ugly and noticable. made vest to hold more because she had nothing for her upper back. worked well and she could put them on back of wheelchair to hide them.

I love you idea, however please remember to use people first langue! Always mention the person first then the disability. Also the work "handicapped" should be used less...The term first came around in the 1700 and 1800's when people with disabilities (mostly physical) would stand on the street asking for money with their "cap in hand". Education is always the first step in acceptance.
