perfect for a vegetarian barbecue
Ooook, the picture doesn´t look so tasty because everything is covered with onions, but they look really like real duck legs and tase very good!
I found the recipe here:

As the broth has to reduce, it will be best to start with step number 7 before you make the seitan.

Use aluminium foil to protect the sticks, if you want to grill the "duck legs".

Great recipe, can't wait to make it! One note though - honey isn't vegan! I'd recommend agave syrup instead
