A perfect recipe for vegan/allergic person and it's a very healthy recipe :)
Many people are allergic or vegetarian / vegan, so I propose a very simple recipe and low in calories ;)
The recipe makes two servings !
Ps : If there are spelling mistakes, tell me since I speak normally French :)

Step 1What you need !
Ingredients :
-Rice milk or soy milk
-Whole wheat flour
-Artifical vanilla
-Oil olive
-Magic baking powder
-No calorie sweetenerOthers:
-1/3 cup
-1 cup
-3/4 cup
-Bowl
-Pancake pan
-Spatula
-Big spoon -
Step 2Add one cup of whole wheat flour in the bowl

Step 3Add 1/3 cup of no calorie sweetener in the preparation

Step 4Add one teaspoon of baking powder in the preparation

Step 5Add in the 3/4 cup , 90 ml of milk and 90 ml of olive oil. Add one teaspoon of artificial vanilla in the liquid mixture

Step 6Add the liquid mixture in the preparation and stir !

Step 7Stir until a solid dough

Step 8Open the stove at max temperature and add one tablespoon of oil olive. After add the dough in the pan , wait one minute. After one minute, lower the temperature at approximately ''medium'' (''6'') and flip the dough

Step 9Each one minute or two minute , flip the dough
The cooking takes about 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the dough

Step 10When you see that the pancake is firm and golden, you have finished !

Step 11FINISH AND ENJOY :D with fruit jam , syrup whatver you like !
