One of my favorite skirts evaaaar :)!
I saw this fabric and it was love at first sight. I knew I absolutely had to have it. So I bought it, and along with some hot pink fabric for ruffles+a waistband and some rainbow ric rac (FRICK YEAH!), this skirt was born :)!
