Step 1
Buy a simple tote bag and a 2 inch ribbon.

Cost:
Tote $2.00
Ribbon $1.75 - 2yrd
Mech $1.00 half Yrd
Step 2
You put the mesh around the tote. Then you cut the left down mesh.
Step 3
Cut the handles and sew the left ribbon making a two handles.
Step 4
Here is finish.

Great Idea is to iron on the black part your name. I dint have time to go and doit.
