About
First, you gotta do the truffle shuffle!
Ah, have you seen the Goonies? These are just truffles, but you can shuffle them if you'd like.
Apologies for that godawful header pic. I'll take a better one tomorrow.

Step 2
Meanwhile (don't leave the cream! Stand close by, ok?), smash up the chocolate in a big bowl.
You can use aaany kind, but I wouldn't go too fancy 'cause the process takes most of the poshness away. I'm using dairy milk here, but I've also used ASDA's own brand, and it turned out really well.
Milk, dark or white? All are lovely, my personal favorite was the white (nom nom).

Step 8
You know the truffle's are set when you jiggle the bowl and it doesn't move much. (ah, I guess this is the truffle shuffle, eh?). It's a trail-and-error thing, really. try making a blob with two spoons and see if it can hold it's own.
Ok, once you're happy, make a trillion blobs with teaspoons. Like they do on masterchef. Oh, effort :c
-
Step 9
Melt some chocolate, and carefully roll your little balls-
Ah! sorry, I just have to stop and have a chuckle; I just typed "roll your little balls" (!)
-roll them in the melted choclolate. Be careful and quick, you don't want the truffle getting too warm and squishy.
Add the grated chocolate, as soon as it's out of the melted chocolate, those things set fast.

Step 10
Present to friends and family, accept wonderful compliments and insistance that you should open a chocolate shop...
