  Step 1

  start with a head pin

  make one end a loop

• 

  Step 2

  and thread the beads on

  three to a pin

  now make 10 more

• 

  Step 3

  now add jump rings to the loops

• 

  Step 4

  now to weigh it down and hold the heart

  take a head pin and bend it bow shaped(ends looped) add two beads

  then add the heart

• 

  Step 5

  then add a toggle clasp
