Step 1Boil the water. (Make sure the pot is big enough to hold the entire toothbrush laying down.)

Step 2Pull out the bristles of the toothbrush while you wait.

Step 3Drop the toothbrush into the boiling water and leave it in until its extremely flexible. (Do not leave it in too long, it will melt. And do not take it out too soon because it will break easily.)

Step 4take it out of the water and put it on a dish towel.

Step 5Bend carefully into the shape of a cuff. (This particular toothbrush met a sorry fate)

Step 6
Put into the bowl full of cold water and leave it there to cool.

Step 7Once its cool take it out and rock it.

I made tons of these in high school I foun that if you dip the bristles in the boiling water it helps to pull out the bristles easier.

I had one of these I got from a free yard sale once, it was a Chuckie Finster(Rugrats) toothbrush. I can never find cool looking toothbrushes for this. My apartment collects strange toothbrushes no one claims, but they are all thick, round, and rubber coated.
