A great vegetarian / vegan meal, made with stuff you've probably got sitting around your kitchen already!
Great recipe for the heartiest tomato sauce you'll ever have. Switch it out with your own favorite veggies if you like- this is my friend Kaytrin's variation. I like to add corn and teeny tiny potatoes, but really, the sky is the limit!

Step 1Heat some oil in your pan.

Step 2Chop up an onion.

Step 3Peel a large carrot.

Step 4Tuh-daaahh!

Step 5Also, chop up some celery.

Step 6And then the carrots from before. Also, remember to compost all of your scraps!

Step 7Take a handful of grape tomatoes and slice them all in half.

Step 8Put the carrots in the pot for a bit, then add the rest of the veggies and saute' them for a while.

Step 9Next, add these things.

Step 10And a couple heaping spoonfulls of this.

Step 11And then it should look like this. Add a dash of salt, then get it nice and hot.

Step 12Pour it over some pasta, sprinkle with some basil if you'd like, and eat it up! A great vegetarian/vegan meal, and really yummy!
