I've used a Halloween theme for these cupcakes but you don't have to.
These are a nice tasty treat.
You can easily half the recipe to suit.

Step 1Heat oven 190 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add egg, one at a time.
Mix thoroughly.

Step 3Add the flour, spices & baking powder.

Step 4Add the milk & Apple.
Mix through.

Step 5Place into Cupcake wrappers.

Step 6Bake for approximately 25-30 mins until cooked through.

Step 7Cool completely.

Step 8Melt caramels & milk together.

Step 9Pour over Cupcakes.

Step 10Add a decoration if you wish.

Step 11Serve.
