Toad in the hole Easy to make.
You can easily double up.
Heat oven 220 degrees.
Mix flour & salt together.
Make a well in the middle.
Add eggs & 100 ml of milk.
Mix to make a thick batter.
Add the remaining milk to form a smooth batter.
Place in the fridge.
Place the sausage & oil in a tray.
Bake for 10 mins.
Remove from the oven.
Pour the batter over the sausage.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Serve.
