You will need

Pork Sausage(s) 3 eggs 140 g Plain Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 300 ml Milk 2 tbsp Oil

Easy to make. You can easily double up.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 220 degrees. Mix flour & salt together. Make a well in the middle.

2. 

   Add eggs & 100 ml of milk. Mix to make a thick batter.

3. 

   Add the remaining milk to form a smooth batter. Place in the fridge.

4. 

   Place the sausage & oil in a tray. Bake for 10 mins. Remove from the oven.

5. 

   Pour the batter over the sausage. Bake for 25-30 mins.

6. 

   Serve.
