A super cute way to liven up your space with pineapples!
This was totally experimental and I had literally no idea how it would turn out. If I’d had corresponding colors of glitter I probably would have used that too. I actually thought about making these magnets as well, but I didn’t want to. I already have one set and I wanted these to be able to clip on to things. I think I might actually take them to work and clip them onto my calendar. That way they can bring a bit of life to the space, as it sorely needs it. I feel like no matter how many office crafts I do I just can’t seem to make it livable and Heather and I have been joking about turning our cubicle space into a Luau for the summer month.

    Step 1

Paint a layer of mod podge onto your pineapple clips (I painted mine with white acrylic paint beforehand but this isn’t totally necessary), then start layering on your yellow tissue paper, alternating with paper and mod podge. I only used two layers of paper, but you can use more to get a fuller effect.

Then I took small portions of green tissue paper and crumpled them up repeatedly and placed them onto the top of the pineapple after adding a thin layer of mod podge to that as well.

Allow your mod podge and tissue to dry, cut away the excess paper as you see fit and you’re done!
