I was in desperate need for tinted moisturizer, but I lacked the funds. So, I thought to myself "tinted moisturizer is just moisturizer with foundation in it, right".
It is.
If you substitute the moisturizer with body butter, or a thicker moisturizer, you can get face primer.

I do this all the time. I mix my mineral powder into a lotion with 15spf in it. It's nice since you can throw it on and go!
