Step 1
Gather supplies such a paper lunch sacks and cupcake liners.
Step 2
Flatten and layer 1-3 cupcake liners in 1-3 sizes, fold in half and crease well.
Step 3
Slip liners over folded bag and secure with a staple or paper fasterner/brad. Add a decorated office tag, optional.
