Provare!
My friend and I were lookin' for a late night snack. This is what we came up with!
::NOTE:: You could easily put artichokes, spinach, or both into this too. I bet it would be amazing!

Step 1
Chop up a clove or two of garlic, and put it in a non-stick pan with a glug of extra virgin olive oil. Cook garlic on low-medium heat until it darkens a bit (this lowers the acidity in the garlic and brings out the sweetness). After that’s cooked, turn off the heat add a few tablespoons of real mayonnaise, sour cream, and ricotta cheese.
Stir it around a bit and mix it all together.
Add in a couple handfuls of three cheese shake cheese (ya know, the kind you put on your pasta)
A shake or two of Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix it up some more, and add it to a bake safe dish at 375F degrees for 15/20 minutes, or until the top becomes carmalized. -
Step 2
To make the bread slices: Cut bread into slices, lightly oil, and put into oven 5 - 7 mins/until crunchy @ 325F degrees.
