Step 1
Take a round or Oblong table cloth and cut the cloth
Step 2
Next Gather the top
Step 3
then Attach the dolly (for a pocket)

then add the top piece and fold over the top.
Step 4
make your straps as long or as short as you want. then attach the straps!

All DONE !!
