• 

  Step 1

  take one long sleeved t-shirt
  this one had 5% stretch and was in the grown out of pile.

• 

  Step 2

  now cut it up

  cut it straight across under the arms.

• 

  Step 3

  cut again

  cut the hem off the bottom, you don't have to do this but i like the way the raw edges roll.

• 

  Step 4

  ta-da

  now you have a tube scarf, if you want to you can put a few stitches in at the cut seams - i didn't bother.

• 

  Step 5

  cut it's arms off!

  cut the arms off straight across,

• 

  Step 6

  making a thumb hole

  try on the sleeves - judge where you want your thumbhole - mark with a gelpen - and then cut a small slit.

• 

  Step 7

  long'n'lean

  wear 'em long!

• 

  Step 8

  long'n'slouchy

  or wear 'em slouchy . . . . .

• 

  Step 9

  and there you have a matching set for free in about 15 minutes!

• 

  Step 10

  leftovers

  now you can pick at the carcass!
  I already made a set of these and i made yo-yo's with the left overs - i think i'll make a corsage to match the set :)
