Summer Tiki Maxi Dress

Cute and comfy and so easy to make.
I don't follow trends. I don't like dresses past my knees because I am height challenged. But I like comfort. A lot. I've been seeing a lot of easy tutorials on Pinterest for maxi dresses but never considered making one for myself. But then I saw a simple tutorial that convinced me to make one. The fabric I chose is one with Tikis on it that I've had for a few years. It's very light, very drapey, very summery but the downside is, it has no stretch. But I did add side slits so that I could walk a bit more unconstricted. And voila! I'm in love!
