About
Sweet juicy and oh so good for you
Lately with this cold season, it's good to get your vitamins and citrus in. I love grapefruit, but sometimes it's just a little too much tartness. So I add sugar and toast it in my toaster oven (until i start to hear the juices come up. Maybe 3 minutes) and wow, it really brings the juices out as well as tone down the taste. Also it's warm so it makes for a good warm snack during the cold weather.
Note: Sometimes I also use brown sugar just to mix it up...but either or is really good.

I toasted tehem at 350 in my toaster oven and left them in there until I could smell it...or hear the juices sizzling. But if you want an actual time I'd say about 3-5 minutes....But really, go with what smell comes out of your toaster oven.
