Fruity, fizzy and refreshing this cocktail combines Ambar Tequila with fresh strawberries and lime in a glass rimmed with dried mint. The soda water is optional - depending on how strong you like your drink!

Step 1Wet the rim of a short glass with a little lime juice and coat with dried mint.

Step 2Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the cut strawberries.

Step 3Add the simple syrup and squeeze in the juice from the lime.

Step 4Add the tequila.

Step 5Shake hard to break up the strawberries.

Step 6Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass.
