A dairy-free yogurt made from chia seeds, coconut milk, strawberry, dates and lemon. Great for breakfast topped with granola and fruit.

Step 1
•Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend, scraping sides every so often, until well mixed.*
•Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour, but best overnight.
•Serve with your favorite toppings. We like fresh fruit, granola and shredded coconut.*Sometimes we have to let the frozen berries thaw out a bit - it helps make sure everything mixes well.
