• 

  Step 1

  Print & cut picture to desired size

• 

  Step 2

  Mod Podge a thin layer & stick the picture to the plastic
  let dry for a bit & then cut plastic to the size of the picture

• 

  Step 3

  Paint a layer of mod podge - I painted 3 layers letting them dry in between

• 

  Step 4

  Once dry, use a strong pin or nail to bore a hole through the plastic & add a jump ring through the hole

• 

  Step 5

  Thread a chain through it & wear like a baws :3
