A Different Spin on a Traditional Spring Wreath
Welcome spring with this Spring Garden Door Decor! Using items from the Dollar Tree and the dollar spot at Target, plus a variety of silk flowers, this gives a new spin on a spring wreath.

    Items purchased from the Dollar Tree include a metal trellis, decorative birds, butterflies, cattails and assorted flowers.

    The birds and butterflies are hot glued to the trellis.

    The Spring sign was purchased at the dollar spot at Target. It was orange, but I gave it two coats of white chalk paint. It's hot glued to the trellis.

    I used a wooden paint stir stick to attach the flowers. It's glued to the metal trellis.

    I used an assortment of silk flowers to give it a spring garden look. These are hot glued to the trellis and the paint stick.

    The cattails are woven into the trellis.

    I added a flower to the wreath door holder instead of a bow. It's hot glued to the holder.

    Because the birds and butterflies are very delicate, I'm using this an indoor decor. I don't think it would hold up to wind or rain if outdoors.
