Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, salt and pepper; cook for 7 minutes or until translucent. Add spinach; cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until spinach is wilted. Add artichoke; stir to combine. Cook for 3 minutes until heated through.

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder and cayenne. Add spinach-artichoke mixtures; stir to integrate.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pop stems out of mushrooms. Fill each mushroom with a spoonful of spinach-artichoke mixture, then set on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then broil for 3-5 minutes or until tops are browned.Serve immediately.
