• 

  Step 1

  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin and simple syrup.

• 

  Step 2

  Squeeze in the juice from half a lemon.

• 

  Step 3

  Add the spiced rum and crack in the egg.

• 

  Step 4

  Cut a slice from the apple and put to one side. Cut the remaining apple into cubes and add to the shaker,

• 

  Step 5

  Shake really really hard to break up the apple and strain into a martini glass.

• 

  Step 6

  Serve with the slice of apple on the rim and a light dusting of cinnamon on top.
