This sparkling mimosa is the show stopper of all cocktails with an edible gold glitter rim, Unicorn Tears gin liqueur, champagne and popping candy for extra bubbles.

Step 1Spin the glass through the glitter to rim.

Step 2Pour the packet of popping candy into the bottom of your glass.

Step 3Pour some gold edible glitter into a small bowl and coat the rim of a champagne glass with lime juice.

Step 4Add the Unicorn Tears gin liqueur.

Step 5Top with champagne. I let mine fizz up just a little to collect some gold glitter from the rim so a little falls in the cocktail.

Step 6Serve while still sparkling and popping.
