Step 1Melt butter & add flour.
Slowly add the chicken stock.
Allow to thicken a little.

Step 2Add salt, chilli & Oregano .
Stir through.

Step 3Add chicken breast.
Simmer for 15 mins until chicken is cooked through.

Step 4Shread the chicken.

Step 5Add the sour cream to the sauce.
Stir through.

Step 6Add chicken & cheese to the tortillas.
Wrap.
Sprinkle a little cheese on top & grill until melted

Step 7Sprinkle a little cheese over the top.
Place in the grill or oven to melt.

Step 8Serve.
