Skirt From Curtains

Awesome comfy skirt made from old curtains. Cost = $1.00 to the thrift store :-)
Bought 2 brown curtain panels that I thought would make an awesome skirt and I was right :-) The skirt is a 5 panel skirt with a scalloped lace trim, cut from another curtain panel someone gave me. Originally I had made it to long and the zipper was way to log. So this weekend I shortened the zipper and decided to shorten the hem also. No one every believes me when I tell them it is an curtains. I might add some belt loops but not sure yet. What do you think - belt loops or not? The last picture is of the skirt before I changed the zipper and length.
