Skirt From A Bedskirt

A unique use for a ruffled bedskirt.
This is a simple project. I used two strips of fabric from the bedskirt, which was already gathered. I layered one over the other, the top one a little higher than the bottom. I used some more of the fabric to create a waistband and added a zipper. It was already hemmed on the bottom so that made things alot easier.
