    Pour the vodka in to a measuring jug.

    Add 10 - 20 drops of rosemary or whatever base fragrance you want to use, and mix in well.

    Step 3

    Add a combination of lime and cinnamon up to 15 drops. Pick whatever smells nice. Mix together well.

    Add the water and mix again.

    Pour the perfume in to a bottle.

to get a perfume bottle you could just buy a real cheap perfume, empty it, clean it and then use that for it.

Hmm, I tend to pick up perfume bottles in various charity stores and home stores. A craft store may stock them, however if you're really struggling to find one then try ebay.
