A sustainable way to make a flare shoulderpiece.
This shoulderpiece is quit easy to do,I saw something similar on etsy and give it a try,it´s wearable with practically everything,you decide the shape and how many chains it will have,the butterfly I use it´s from an old belt,the chains are remainings of necklaces bracelets,e.t.c.,If you want use brooches or something else,have fun! (ñ:_:ñ).

You Will Need

Step 1First of all,the main piece,I pick this from an old bikini belt,the results are better if the piece is a medium heavy,if you use really heavy piece,it will falls from your shoulder any time.

Step 2Carefully curve your piece for a better adhesion to your shoulder.

Step 3Place your chains by weights.

Step 4Pick the heaviest chain,this will be underarm,better if you use a painted or plastic chain (it helps to avoid irritations),just remember it has to be heavy.

Step 5Take the measure of your shoulder,using pliers cut the remains.

Step 6Add lobster clasp to the other side.

Step 7Take away some extra links,for a perfect fit,try it on again just to make sure.

Step 8Edit your shoulderpiece,make as much changes as you want until you approve the result,this is my first version,I don´t like so much.

Step 9This is my final version.

Step 10Adding the second chain...

Step 12And finally the little one,I made it combining two chains.
