  Step 1

  I had these old hoop star earrings, there was a smaller star on it but fell off, but I'm going to keep the lil hoop on it to add a few chains on it.

  Take apart the clasps and the part that goes in your ear.

  Remove the star...

  I don't really know how to explain this part, so i guess you can figure out how i did the wire part on the next few pics

  i super glued the smaller part of the wire to the back of the star, the longer part is what is going on your shoe

  End product. (these were done with the same type of earrings but in silver)
