Step 1
get a tube top(mine was a Jrs XS and converted to a 4t) measure around your childs chest. . . crochet the length and sl st in 1st chain. ch 1 and sc in every chain. continue 3 rounds. crochet a tie on each side.
Step 2
sew onto the inside of the shirt and there ya have it
