I made a shrug and I wanted a bag from this awesome fabric.

You Will Need

Step 1Cut the shirt in half.

Step 2Turn the shirts bottom upside down and sew along the sides.

Step 3Now for the bag strap:
Get two pieces of string.Measure around your shoulders to be sure its long enough. -
Step 4Tie the end of the string ball to the two pieces of string.

Step 5Start twisting the string from the ball on the two strings.Tie a knot on the end when your done and you have your belt strap ready.

Step 6I attached the strap the way that I sewed the two sides of the bag together.But you can make two of the string straps and sew one on each side of the bag.

Step 7I sewed two buttons on for decoration.

Step 8Get your stencil and acrylic paint.
Get a piece of sponge,put some paint on it and go over the stencil a few times.Wait for it to dry. -
Step 9aaaand your bag is done!:)
