• 

  Step 1

  find an old, or buy a new t-shirt. i bought this cheap t-shirt @ discount price, so does'nt matter to destroy it.

• Step 2

  start by mark where you want to cut (no picture) with tailors chalk or pencil.

• 

  Step 3

  then cut the lines, like mine so it'll look scratchy. pull the strings to toggle it.

• 

  Step 4

  make fringe with the whole back of the t-shirt, cut 2 of it

• 

  Step 5

  sew 1 strip from the fringe that you cut, to your t-shirt, in your waist.

• 

  Step 6

  sew the other strip on the other side.

• 

  Step 7

  and you're ready for your tee! tie your back with stripes in your waist.
