Romanian Meatballs Really tasty.
Easy to make.
Can be prepared ahead of time.
Squeeze the liquid from the potatoes & carrots.
Heat oil in a pan.
Gently cook the potatoes, carrot, onion & garlic until soft.
Set aside to cool.
Add all ingredients together into a bowl.
Bring the mixture together.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Flatten a little into patties.
Fry in a little oil until cooked through.
Serve.
