  Step 1

  Weave the ribbon in and out of the links, it's easier if you cut the tip on a diagonal

• 

  Step 2

  Once you weave it all throughout the chain tie knots on both ends around a link.

• 

  Step 3

  Now you want to keep the edges from fraying. You can do so by either singing the ends with a flame like I did, or use some fraycheck.
