• Step 1

  First u get your fabric that has elastic at the top and then ribbon to match it.

• Step 2

  U size it, cut it, and pin it. (When u cut the material make sure u make it a little longer than the measurement)

• Step 3

  U then flip the fabric inside out and sew it together.

• Step 4

  And finally u can make it a dress or shirt, straps or no straps, halter or no halter. IT'S UP TO U!
