• 

  Step 1

  Use your pliers to push one side back to open up the ring. DO NOT PUSH THE SIDES APART.

• 

  Step 2

  Slide your chains onto the split ring and close the ring up by pushing the side back (reverse of what you did to open it)

• Step 3

  Repeat steps 1-2 for the other sides of the chains.

• 

  Step 4

  Cut your ribbon in half and sew one piece over each split ring.

• 

  Step 5

  If you want you can add a brooch to one side.

• 

  Step 6

  To keep the ribbon from fraying, put fray check on the ribbon ends.
