You Will Need

Step 11st, fully prepare the following necessary materials.
2nd, You can make this bow with as many layers as you like, here I'd like to make three layers , Cut the ribbon you'll need for each layer. Simply decrease the ribbon length by 1" for each layer you add. Cut the ribbon you'll need for each layer. Lay the circular felt and eight 7" long piece for the bottom layer.
3rd, lay six 6" long pieces for the 2-layer.
4th, lay four 5"long pieces for the 3-layer. -
Step 25th, secure the flower by sewing a button in the flower center.
6th, cut some ribbon with the same length as tassels, sew the tassels at the back the felt.
7th, sew a hair clip at the back middle part of the felt. Then a rainbow ribbon flower hair clip comes into being.
