Retro Nautical Skirt

Based on Hana's project
Based on Hana's nautical dress. The skirt was made from a semitransparent cloth, meant to be used as curtain liner. The red waistband was taken from a long sleeves t-shirt and sewn on (twice: the first time it turned out very ugly). THe only thing that I bought was the ribbon,which was very inexpensive (3 Euro or less)
