Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix all the ingredients except the sugar in a large bowl.

Roll into balls about 1″ in diameter. I like to use a small metal ice cream scoop so they are all the same size.

Step 3
Roll in the sugar and place on a parchment or sil-pat lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for a couple minutes on the pan then move them to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Looks delicious but what exactly do you mean when you say "mix all ingredients"? What ingredients? And what are the proportions?
