A tasty tart with goats cheese, red onion chutney & Quorn.
Roll the shortcrust pastry out and press into a pie case.
Cut the Quorn roast and sausages into thin slices and fry up until golden.
Place the Quorn in your pie case.
Spread with red onion chutney.
Crumble the goats cheese on top.
Grate some cheddar cheese on top.
Sprinkle with dried herbs and season with salt & pepper. Bake at 200'C for 15 minutes and serve.
