100% Recycled Purse (made Form Plastic Bags And An Old Tie) the new plastic bag....
Have been wanting to make tons of stuff out of fused plastic bags and this is my first one. Found a fun old tie when out with my mom at an estate sale (got some other totally rad things) but any who i used the tie as a strap and a pop tap flower with random buttons from my collection :)
