I now start every day with a super-food breakfast like this one!
I’m the type of person that can never say no to a good bowl of cereal in the morning. But in an effort to eat “more raw” and be more healthy, I’m looking for good alternatives. I knew about “chia pudding” or “chia yogurt” before, but had never given it a try (for some odd reason). I have to admit, I usually have cinnamon and blueberries or bananas in my oatmeal – another favorite of mine – and with those same flavors, it reminded me a bit of oatmeal, in a weird way. Anyway, this has an added bonus because you have to make it the night before, so it’s ready for you in the morning minus the few toppings! Perfect for those crazy mornings or on the go!

**Note**this recipe takes less than 5 minutes to throw together, but you need to soak the chia seeds overnight beforehand, so be sure to plan ahead!
